Architectural Technologist – Project Runner

Aztrum is delighted to be representing a design-led, award-winning architecture and interior design practice working in the education, residential and commercial sector. 

My client is looking for a talented Architectural Technologist with project running experience, and an exceptional knowledge of Revit / BIM. 

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce coordinated design solutions.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including technical drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on materials, construction methods, and building systems.
• Conduct site inspections and work closely with contractors to ensure that projects are executed according to the design intent and technical requirements.

Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role: 

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an architectural practice, with a strong focus on technical delivery and Project running. 
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations, standards, and construction methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.
