Responsibilities:

• Implement annual business plans to achieve net income, maximise occupancy rates, and growth targets.
• Advise the Board on asset management needs for multiple shopping centres.
• Identify and deliver ‘value add’ initiatives.
• Lead leasing activities and manage lease events.
• Improve net income targets through effective lease management.
• Oversee full P&L and Service Charge budgets.
• Manage the Property Management team.

To be consider you WILL:

• Have prior asset management experience.
• Demonstrate expert report-writing and presentation skills.
• Need a good level of ability across MS Office packages
• Have the ability to multitask and work autonomously.
