What you’ll bring to the team:

• Close collaboration with clients to make their lives easier
• Lead the reviewing process and provide constructive feedback to help the team grow
• Manage team KPIs and continually improve systems
• Prepare monthly management accounts for complex clients
• Provide exceptional client service in all areas
• Offer friendly support for Xero and other apps
• Research and promote technology to drive automation
• Engage with social media platforms to promote our innovative approach

Ideal candidate qualifications:

• A confident team player with a positive attitude
• Driven to deliver outstanding results
• 5-6 years of experience in an accountancy practice or ACCA/ACA qualified
• Experience in reviewing year-end and management reports, as well as working papers
• Skilled in building strong relationships with clients and influencing others
• Proficient in Xero and related apps
• Enthusiastic about networking and promoting the business
• Strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Passionate about WOW-ing clients

Salary range of £29,000 to £35,000 per year dependant on experience.
