Aztrum is delighted to be representing a RIBA Chartered Practice that are at the forefront of designing exceptional spaces that inspire and enhance the lives of those who use them. 

My client is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Architect looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact, to contribute to a portfolio of exciting and diverse projects, typically within the Residential sector.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role: 

  • Develop and present architectural designs that align with client requirements and site conditions.
  • Manage projects through all phases, from initial consultation and planning to design, documentation, and construction oversight.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge designs.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Architecture and relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A passion for sustainable and innovative design.
