Rural Estates Manager, Land Owner, Manchester 

TPL are looking to identify a proactive Estates Manager to oversee a diverse rural portfolio on behalf of a landowner. As the Estates Manager you will manage a small team and take ownership of the rural portfolio. This will involve managing lease events, lettings, 'value add' initiatives and service charge management. 

Responsibilities:

• Look at additional revenue streams.
• Working alongside the wider team develop and implement the asset management plan across the portfolio. 
• Managing third parties (property agents, solicitors etc.). 
• Overseeing H&S across the portfolio.
• Reporting on sustainability & ESG to ensure goal is met.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Preferably RICS/ CAAV qualification (c5 years PQE).
• Good understanding of current landlord & tenant legislation.
• Have some valuation experience.
• The ability to multitask.
