The main function is to manage the follow-up of the language stay organization (before, during, and after their stays) once it has been sold.
Key Languages:
Native level of Swedish
High level of English
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing bookings in our system
- Invoicing bookings and ensuring receipt of payments
- Sending confirmation documents to clients
- Liaising with the company's partners for confirmation, flight details, accommodation and transfer documents
- Handling feedback forms from clients
- Keeping up with local and international news to be informed of any events happening in major touristic zones
- Supporting colleagues with technical tasks
Core Skills/experience:
- Native level of Swedish and a high level of English
- At least 1 years of professional experience in an administrative position
- Degree in tourism or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work in an autonomous and organised manner, with a high sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and great communication/listening skills
- Good knowledge of geography
- Experience and a taste for travelling
