• Enhance capital value. Through refurbishment, extensions, redevelopment.
• Increase rental income. 
• Oversee day to day running of the portfolio. 

To be considered you WILL:

• Have prior 'value add' and property management experience.
• Enjoy being part of a small team. 
• Have the ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Preferably RICS qualified.
