2nd Line Software Support Officer

Join a team providing software support to customers all over the world in different time zones. The team is also responsible to maintain the software’s knowledge base.
As a 2nd Line Software Support officer, you will be supporting customers and handling their queries on the phone and email, escalating to the development team when required.
The selected individual would ideally have a diploma or degree in IT or a related subject, or relevant experience. Knowledge of SQL and applications such as MS SharePoint or Dynamics CRM will be considered an asset.
