Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Logistics Administrators managing South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand order fulfillments
  • Closely collaborate with Global Operations team and regional teams to ensure efficient operation between customer services, the distribution center and related partners
  • Advise management through ongoing reporting of order status, pipeline and KPI’s.
  • Oversee preparation of documents and bank submission for Letter of Credit shipments
  • Identifies, recommends and implements continuous improvements, to ensure processes and procedures are reflecting industry best practices.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in customer service and order management, preferably from instruments or equipment type of industries. 
  • Ideally you have more than 5 years’ experience in team management, and proven track record of successfully cross functional teamwork and ability to manage through influence.
  • You should be proficient in using SAP and MS Excel and have good knowledge on warehouse, import and export, knowledge of hazardous or dangerous good experience is a plus. 
  • Experience in Documentary Credit (e.g. Letter of Credit) is essential. 
  • Preferably you have an eye for details and someone with excellent customer service to manage internal and external stakeholders
