Recruitly is a cloud based Recruitment CRM system that helps agencies and independent recruiters make more placements by streamlining their processes.
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individuals to join our team as Junior Onboarding Executive (Intern) to help improve our customer onboarding and engagement. Based on the performance, interns will have the opportunity to take up permanent roles in the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers.
- Conducting product training sessions.
- Contribute to product training material and videos.
- Support existing customers on to ensure all users have optimal project experience and outcomes.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Help drive customer references and case studies.
