Dead data doesn't bill
Candidate data rots at ~30% a year. Every other CRM lets it. This one keeps the person current.

Your agency already knows them
Every profile viewed, every connection held, every call and message — pooled into one relationship layer.
Find the person, prove the fit
Your own database first, then 800M+ profiles — every one read against this job before it reaches your shortlist.
One job, full board, nothing hiding
Named candidates at every stage, live counts, and the last mile signed without leaving the process.
Placed is not paid
Fee stages show what's invoiced, paid and still owed — per job, per client, per consultant.
The whole agency on one scoreboard
Every call, CV, interview and fee becomes a number — captured as it happens, not compiled on a Friday.
From the first cold call to the placement
One login, one bill, one database. Nothing to plug into anything else.
- Applications land on the job, deduplicated
- CV parsing on the way in, any format
- Interviews, offers and placements tracked
- Branded and blind CVs for the client
The AI is the product, not a chat box in the corner

Built-in performance analytics
Leaderboards, live on the office screens
Track KPIs, celebrate the wins and cast dashboards to any TV — included on every plan, counted off the same records the work happens on.

Hit Q1 Target!
Somewhere along the line, someone convinced you that running a recruitment agency takes dozens of tools.
It doesn’t. It never did. Tick what you are paying for, put your own numbers against it, and see what the same work costs in one plan.
Which of these are you paying for?
How many people?
What you pay a month
Each vendor’s top published plan, at 10 seats. Estimates — type over any of them with your own.
Recruitly from $25 per user per month, everything included. Your figures stay in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere.
Questions recruiters ask
What is Recruitly?
Recruitly is the operating system for recruitment agencies. Applicant tracking, client CRM, candidate sourcing, email and WhatsApp campaigns, an AI phone system and an AI meeting assistant all work on one record, in one database, so nothing is retyped from one tool into another.
Who is Recruitly for?
External recruitment agencies and staffing firms — not in-house talent teams. It is used by solo recruiters, boutique and mid-size agencies, executive search firms, technical recruiters and staffing agencies running temp, contract and permanent desks.
What does the AI in Recruitly actually do?
Simi, the AI copilot, works across your own candidate and client data. Semantic matching finds candidates for a role and explains why they fit. CVs are parsed and rewritten into your branded template, AI agents take on admin such as data maintenance, and an MCP server lets you use Recruitly from Claude.
Can Recruitly make and record calls?
Yes. The AI phone system is built in: your own numbers, porting, routing and recording. It briefs you from your pipeline before you dial and writes the call onto the candidate and the job afterwards, so the notes are on the record without anyone typing them.
Does Recruitly take notes in meetings?
Yes. Invite simi@recruitly.app to any Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or Webex meeting — there is no plugin, extension or calendar connection to set up. Notes with real speaker names are written onto the client, candidate and job, next steps become tasks with an owner, and a client briefing comes back as a drafted vacancy.
Can I source new candidates in Recruitly?
Yes. Sourcing is built in rather than bolted on: 800M+ candidate profiles with 350M+ emails and 100M+ phone numbers, searchable by persona, skills, location or company, alongside distribution to 50+ job boards and semantic search across your own database.
Is there a mobile or desktop app?
Both. Recruitly has mobile apps for iOS and Android, a desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux, and runs in any modern browser with nothing to install.
Can I move my data from my current recruitment CRM?
Yes. Candidates, clients, contacts, jobs and history can be imported from your previous system, and the migration is run so your team keeps working on the old system until the switch.
Don’t take our word for it

“I have been in recruitment for 16 years and this is the best CRM, ATS I have ever used. I would recommend to any size recruitment business.”
“Been using Recruitly for sourcing and it's honestly changed how we work. The AI actually understands what I'm looking for too, which is refreshing.”
“Does all of the things I need in a CRM for a fraction of the others that I demo'd in 2025. Terrific features, easy parsing, and great customer support.”
“A fantastic combined ATS and CRM that is easy to navigate and has every function I need and more. The team are always on hand to help.”
“The software is super user-friendly and intuitive. Great team that tries to make everything happen. Customer support has been 10/10.”

SivaWhy we made our AI copilot ask before it does anything
Our AI copilot drafts every email, update and pipeline move, then waits for you to confirm. Why we refused to let it act on its own.

The UAE folded three bodies into one authority for AI and data, and wrote agentic AI into its remit. A builder's read on why that matters.
