New integrations: FullEnrich and FreeAgent

feature

FullEnrich brings powerful contact enrichment to Recruitly. Rather than relying on a single data source, it uses a waterfall approach — querying 20+ premium providers in sequence and picking the best vendor for each contact's region — so it consistently finds verified business emails and direct mobile numbers where a single-source tool would come up empty. Every email is triple-verified and every number mobile-validated, so you reach the right decision-makers first time. Enrichment runs in the background and updates your records automatically as results come in, saving you hours of manual research. Learn more at https://fullenrich.com.

FreeAgent connects your accounting directly to your placements. Built in the UK for freelancers, contractors and small businesses, FreeAgent handles invoicing, expenses, VAT and Self Assessment, and is free for eligible NatWest, RBS and Ulster Bank business account holders. Once linked, Recruitly automatically syncs your placement invoices into FreeAgent, keeping your billing accurate and up to date without any double entry. It's the perfect fit for small agencies and contractors who already run their finances there. Learn more at https://freeagent.com.

Both integrations can be enabled from Settings → Integrations.

Two New Job Boards

feature

PNet is now available as a multipost destination. Founded in 1997 and now part of The Stepstone Group — one of the world's largest job-tech companies — PNet is South Africa's leading online recruitment platform, with thousands of recruiters and millions of registered job seekers spanning every major sector and region. Its smart-matching technology puts your advert in front of relevant local candidates, giving you immediate reach across the SA market and helping you attract talent at scale. Post to it directly from Recruitly alongside your other boards, with applications flowing straight back into your pipeline. Learn more→

Veterans Job Board UK joins the lineup too. Run by people from a military background themselves, this UK board is dedicated to ex-military talent — connecting you with veterans, reservists, service leavers and their families, all of whom bring discipline, reliability and highly transferable skills to civilian roles. With around 15,000 Armed Forces personnel leaving service each year, many already equipped with funded training, it's a focused way to reach candidates with recognised, real-world experience. Simply select it from the multipost options when posting a job — no extra setup required. Learn more→

Call activity now lives on your Pulse TV screens

improvementfeature
Call activity now lives on your Pulse TV screens

Bring your team's call activity to the big screen. Pulse slideshows now have a dedicated Calls slide that pulls live telephony data straight onto your TV displays.

Connect it to whichever phone system you use: Aircall, Dialpad, Maqsam, Ringover, or Quo (OpenPhone), then pick what you want the slide to show.

Each Calls slide focuses on one featured metric, shown as a ranked, per-user leaderboard: All Calls, Average Duration, calls over 10, 30, or 60 seconds, Top Callers, or a specific activity type like Outbound or Missed. Every leaderboard shows each person's total along with their inbound and outbound split, and long lists scroll on their own so everyone gets their moment on screen.

Prefer the complete picture? The Calls Dashboard view puts everything on one slide: the five headline KPI cards, an engagement funnel, an inbound versus outbound trend chart, and a per-activity-type breakdown.

You can scope any Calls slide to specific users or whole teams, set the time period (today, this week, a custom range, and more), and style the background to match the rest of your slideshow.

Set it up under Pulse, drop it into a slideshow, and your call activity is live on the wall.

Introducing the Calls Dashboard

featureimprovement
Introducing the Calls Dashboard

Calls Dashboard

See all of your team's call activity in one place. The new Calls Dashboard pulls call data straight from your phone integration and lays it out so you can read it at a glance.

It works with Aircall, Dialpad, Maqsam, Ringover and Quo (OpenPhone). Just pick the integration you want to look at.The dashboard only lists the integrations you actually have connected, so there is nothing extra to set up.

How to add it

The Calls Dashboard is available as a ready-made template, so it takes about a minute to set up.

1. Open Dashboards from the main menu.

2. Click + New Dashboard in the top right, then choose Use a Template.

3. In the Choose Template panel, select Calls.

4. Give your dashboard a title, choose who can see it (just you, everyone, or selected teams and users), and click Save.

Your dashboard opens straight away, ready to use. You can create more than one if you want separate views, for example one per team.

Headline numbers

Cards for All Calls, Average Duration, calls over 10 seconds and calls over 60 seconds.

Every card shows the inbound and outbound split.

A card for each of your call activity types, such as Candidate Call, Client Call or Business Development Call.

Understand who and what

Hover over any card to see the breakdown by user, so you know who is making the calls.

Click any number to open the full list of calls behind it, including the linked candidate, contact or company.

Charts to spot the trends

A Call Engagement Funnel showing how many calls get past 10 seconds and past 60 seconds, so you can see how many turn into real conversations.

A Calls Trend chart by day, and by 4 hour blocks when you are viewing a single day.

A bar chart of calls by activity type.

A Top Agents chart that ranks your team by call volume.

Filter to what matters

Filter by team or by individual users.

Filter by team or by individual users.

Filter by any date range.

Choose which activity types appear, so the dashboard stays focused on the calls you care about.

CV parsing now reads image-based PDFs

improvementfix

Some CVs arrive as fully designed PDFs — photo, branded layout, the whole document exported as an image rather than selectable text. Until now, those CVs landed in Recruitly with empty fields because the parser had no text to read. That's fixed for everyone.

What's changed

  • Image-only PDFs and scanned CVs are now processed before parsing, so name, contact details, work history, and skills come through the same as a regular text PDF.
  • Mixed PDFs (some pages text, some pages image) are handled automatically — each page is processed with the right method.
  • Multilingual content is supported, so CVs in any language parse cleanly without needing to flag the language manually.

Where you'll notice it

Any CV uploaded via Drop-Anywhere, the candidate form, email forwarding, or the API. No setting to toggle — it just works.

Why it matters

Designed, image-based CVs are common everywhere — from creative and design roles, to senior executives with branded personal CVs, to regions where image-PDF templates are the norm. Recruiters were spending real time retyping candidate details from PDFs the parser couldn't read. That manual step is gone.

Call summary & transcription sync for Aircall and Quo

improvementfeature

Users on Aircall and Quo (OpenPhone) integrations can now subscribe to call summaries and transcription summaries from their provider, which are then logged automatically in the Activity section.

How it works

When enabled, call summaries and transcript summaries flow from Aircall or Quo into Recruitly and appear against the relevant record in Activity — no manual copying needed.

Plan dependency

Availability depends on the plan users are subscribed to with their provider (Aircall or Quo).

How to subscribe

Visit the Recruitly Marketplace and click on the respective integration (Aircall or Quo) to subscribe.

Branded CV Improvements

fiximprovement

Some recruiters love the AI rewrites in branded CVs. Others want the candidate's own words to come through exactly as written. Now you get to choose, section by section.

Open Brand Builder → CV Templates → Edit Template and you'll see a new Content Handling section in the sidebar. Inside, three toggles:

https://secure.recruitly.io/settings/cvtemplate

Flip any of these on and that section will be pulled straight from the candidate record into the branded CV. No polishing, no rewording, no AI in the loop for that block. The rest of the template still benefits from AI for the sections you leave switched off.

When this is useful

Senior or technical candidates whose self-written experience reads better than any rewrite. Regulated sectors where altering candidate-supplied wording is a compliance risk. Multilingual CVs where the original phrasing needs to be preserved. Cases where you've already hand-edited the candidate record and just want that text on the page.

How to edit the text

Because the section is taken as-is from the candidate, the way to change what appears on the CV is to edit the candidate record directly (Employment History, Education, or Overview on the candidate profile). The branded CV will pick up your edits the next time it's generated.

Defaults

All three toggles are off by default, so existing templates keep behaving exactly as they do today. Turn them on only for the templates where you want the original content to come through.

Brand Builder: Branded CV & Blind CV preview

featureimprovement
Brand Builder: Branded CV & Blind CV preview

Branded CV preview

  1. Original CV on the left, your branded preview on the right, so it's easy to spot anything the parser missed.
  2. Click any section of the preview (name, summary, an experience, an education, skills, contact) to tweak it inline.
  3. Edits apply only to the generated PDF, never to the candidate record.
  4. If a role on the CRM is missing its description but the uploaded CV has one, the preview pulls it in automatically.
  5. Add experience or education entries from the left rail when something is missing from the candidate record.
  6. Output is saved as the candidate's Agency CV.

Blind CV preview

  • Same template and layout as the Branded preview, with personally identifying details stripped for client pre-screening.
  • Always removed: candidate name, email, phone number, and LinkedIn URL.
  • Optional extras you can toggle from the Anonymisation panel: company names, education institutions, specific dates, and location detail.
  • Side-by-side stays on by default in Blind mode, so you can see exactly what was redacted.
  • Output is saved as the candidate's Blind CV and shows up under the new Blind tab on the Candidate Sidebar.

Open Brand Builder and click the ? in the top right for the full in-app guide.

Team Relationship Intelligence

featureimprovement
Team Relationship Intelligence
  • Team connections on every profile - open any candidate or contact and see which team members are 1st‑degree LinkedIn connections.
  • View history – how many times your team has viewed this profile and who looked most recently
  • Time on radar – how long this person has been in your agency's orbit
  • No duplicate approaches – see if a colleague is already talking to someone before you reach out

Why it matters

Your team of 20 recruiters has roughly 200,000 LinkedIn connections between them. Until now, those were invisible to each other. Cold outreach was happening daily when warm introductions were one desk away.

Warm paths convert 3–4× better than cold messages. Now you can see them.

Available on every plan via the Chrome Extension.
