• Summary + Data Tabs — Every report now has a Summary tab (pivot grid & chart) and a new Data tab showing all individual records in a full data grid.
• Richer Data Columns — Candidate name, email, phone, employer, company, contact and more are now visible instantly in every report without extra clicks.
• Export Everything — Three dedicated export buttons on every report:
  • Export Summary (Excel)
  • Export Chart (PNG image)
  • Export Data (Excel with styled headers)
• Interactive Data Grids — Column resizing, reordering, column chooser to show/hide fields, header filters, and search across all data grids.
• Clickable Records — Names in the Data tab open a record popup directly, so you can drill into any candidate, job, company or contact without leaving the report.
• In-Report Help — Every report has a help button explaining what the report shows, where the data comes from, and how to use filters.
