LinkedIn Warmup

Engage with every LinkedIn post your clients make

You pick the clients and candidates. Whenever one of them posts, two or three of your recruiters like it from their own LinkedIn, hours apart, and now and then one comments. Simi writes the comment for the recruiter to approve, and skips bad news.

Two or three recruiters react, at different times

For each new post Simi picks a few of your team, more often the person who owns the relationship. Each reacts at a different time inside your hours, with the reaction that fits the post, and only one of them ever comments.

Simi checks every post first

A like on the wrong post does more harm than no like at all. If Simi is not sure, the team stays out of it, and the reason shows.

Good news gets a like

News, hires, launches and milestones are what people want seen.

Skipped · a dispute on record

Bad news is skipped

Redundancies, a loss, a complaint about recruiters or politics are skipped. So is anyone with a dispute on their record or who asked not to be contacted.

Brilliant result, Joanna. Every March target in this market is no small thing.

Simi writes it, the recruiter approves it

Simi drafts it in the recruiter's voice from the post. They approve, edit or decline. Left for a day, it is never sent. Reposts are for the relationship owner only, with the same OK.

Questions

What does Warmup never do?

It never sells, never sends a message and never sends an invite. It only reacts to posts, comments once the recruiter approves, and reposts when the person who owns the relationship says yes.

Is it safe for my LinkedIn account?

Warmup shares each recruiter's daily limits, working hours and random gaps with their LinkedIn Outreach, through one queue per account, so the two can never double the pace. Each post gets at most one comment and one repost, and the reactions are spread from 20 minutes to a few hours apart.

Which posts does Simi skip?

Redundancies or layoffs, a bereavement or illness, complaints about recruiters, politics, religion or anything divisive. Simi also skips anyone with a dispute or complaint on their record, anyone who asked not to be contacted, and posts older than seven days. If Simi is not sure, the post is skipped, and the reason shows on the warmup.

Who does it watch?

The people you choose: a saved search, or a channel that keeps adding people as they join. Up to 2,000 people per warmup. You choose how often Simi looks for new posts: daily, every two days or weekly.

Who takes part from my team?

Only recruiters who joined the warmup team from their own LinkedIn Connect. They can pause or leave at any time, and their scheduled reactions stop at once. Simi picks a few of them for each post, more often the person who owns the relationship.

What does it cost?

Warmup comes with LinkedIn Connect, $15 a month for each connected LinkedIn account (£15 or €15). LinkedIn Outreach and Simi's checks are in the same price. There is no per-action fee.
