Number safety

Your number is safe with us

It is your own WhatsApp number, not a throwaway. Everything here exists so it never looks to WhatsApp like a machine is using it — because it is the number your candidates already have.

What gets a number banned

A brand-new number sending hundreds on day one
Identical messages fired back to back, no pause
Sending through the night, every night
No inbound replies — only outbound

Every one of these is a pattern, and patterns are what get detected.

2 checkpoints

We know your number is not new

When you connect a number we look at how many real conversations it already has, and set the limits from that. A number with years of history does not deserve a beginner’s ramp.

Established

50+ existing chats

80 a day

15 an hourWarmup: None

Your number has years of real conversations. We recognise that and start you at high limits immediately.

Moderate

10–49 existing chats

40 a day

8 an hourWarmup: 2 weeks

Some history, but not a lot. We start mid-range and ramp up quickly.

Fresh

Under 10 chats

10 a day

3 an hourWarmup: 3 weeks

Brand new number with no track record. We protect it with a gradual ramp-up.

Two checkpoints

Every message passes both before it leaves.

1

Hourly limit

Caps how fast the number sends inside any one hour, so a burst never looks like a burst.

2

Daily limit

Caps the total for the day. Anything over is queued, not dropped, and resumes when the limit resets.

Business hours are the third gate: anything queued outside your working window is held and delivered when the recipient’s day starts.

It behaves like a person

Because that is what WhatsApp is looking at.

Typing indicators that match message length

Short messages get quick typing. Long messages get longer typing. Just like a real person composing a message on their phone.

Cooldown pauses between recipients

After sending to one person, the system waits 15–45 seconds before messaging the next. During warmup, pauses are longer (30–90 seconds) to look even more natural.

Read-before-reply pattern

When a conversation is ongoing, messages are marked as read before a reply is sent — exactly how you'd use WhatsApp yourself.

Longer pauses for media messages

Sending a photo or document? The system takes a bit longer to 'prepare' it, just like you would when attaching a file.

Need more volume? Add more numbers.

Each number carries its own independent limit, and campaigns balance across all of them. Throughput is a function of how many numbers you connect, not how hard you push one.

And it recovers on its own

Phones go offline. Devices disconnect. None of that should cost you a campaign.

A disconnected device is detected and its pending messages route to healthy ones
Hourly health checks recover anything left stale
Messages that cannot be delivered inside their window are expired, not sent late
Over-limit messages queue and resume when the limit resets — nothing is lost

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I hit my daily limit?

Remaining messages in your campaign are held in a queue and automatically resume the next day. Nothing is lost — delivery just continues when your limit resets.

Can I adjust my rate limits?

Yes. Every number has a Limits tab in its device settings where you can adjust your daily limit (up to 100/day) and hourly limit (up to 20/hr). We set smart defaults based on your number's history, but you're in control.

How does credibility detection work?

When you connect a number, we check how many existing WhatsApp conversations it has. A number with hundreds of chats is clearly established — it gets high limits immediately. A brand new number with no history gets a gradual warmup. This happens automatically in seconds.

I've used this number for years. Will it start with low limits?

No. If your number has 50 or more existing chats, it's classified as Established and starts at 80/day with no warmup. Most recruiters connecting their personal numbers fall into this category.

What happens to messages sent outside business hours?

They're held in a queue and delivered automatically when business hours resume in the recipient's timezone. No messages are dropped.

Can I skip the warmup for a new number?

We don't recommend it. The warmup exists because WhatsApp monitors numbers that suddenly start bulk-sending. But you can adjust your limits in the Limits tab if you want to go faster within the 100/day cap.

What if my WhatsApp device goes offline?

The system detects when a device disconnects and automatically routes pending messages to other healthy devices. Stale messages are recovered by hourly health checks, and anything that can't be delivered within its time window is safely expired rather than sent late.

How do I send more than 100 messages a day?

Connect more numbers. Each number has its own independent 100/day limit. Connect 5 numbers and you can send 500/day. Connect 10 for 1,000/day. Campaigns automatically balance messages across all your numbers.

Message candidates without risking the number
