Our 2-Stage Migration Process
Our proven two-stage approach ensures a smooth transition with zero downtime. A dedicated migration expert will be assigned to your project, working closely with your team throughout the entire process.
Stage 1: Full Data Migration
The full data migration typically begins 1 month before switching from your current provider. The exact timeline depends on the volume and complexity of data in your current system.
For large databases, we recommend at least one week of parallel system operation to ensure complete data verification and a smooth transition.

Stage 2: Delta Migration
To ensure business continuity, delta migration is carried out on the weekend before the full switch to Recruitly. Your team exports data from your current CRM after business hours on Friday or the last working day of the week.
