Reporting the job produces on its own
Because the advert, the applicants, the calls and the placement are all rows against the same record, the job can report on itself: an overview, triage showing where applications stall before a human sees them, stage-to-stage conversion, speed and where the days go, consultant performance, and a weighted revenue forecast at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. None of it needs an export or a spreadsheet.
Through to the fee
Interviews are scheduled against synced calendars, offers and terms are signed in DigiSign, and the placement, its fee stages and any retained schedule are recorded on the job and pushed to Xero or QuickBooks. Nothing is re-keyed at month end, because nothing ever left the record it started on.
