Are AI call summaries live, or coming soon?

Live. A call made on Recruitly's phone system is recorded, transcribed with the participants named, summarised by AI and scored for sentiment, and the summary is written as a note on the candidate and on the job. Recording, transcript and summary together cost three cents a call.

Do I need Aircall, Dialpad or Ringover for this?

No. Recruitly has its own phone system — your own numbers, porting, inbound routing, recording and SMS — so there is nothing to integrate. If you are mid-contract with another provider, Recruitly logs calls from the common recruitment dialers into the same Call Logs while that contract runs down, and you port the numbers across when it allows.

How does the transcript know who is speaking?

Calls carry participant information from the call itself, so the transcript names the people on it rather than labelling them Speaker 1 and Speaker 2. That matters more than it sounds: an action item without a name attached is just a sentence, and a rate agreed by nobody in particular is not evidence of anything.

Is call recording compliant with UK and EU privacy rules?

Yes. Recording is a setting you control for the account and per number, so you can record client calls and not candidate calls, or nothing at all. The compliance notification plays at the start of a recorded call, recordings are encrypted and access-controlled, and retention follows the same rules as the rest of your data.

What does call recording cost?

Three cents a call for the recording, the transcript and the AI summary together. Numbers are licensed per number rather than per seat, so a desk of ten does not buy ten phone licences, and minutes are charged at cost plus a small margin with a spend cap you set.

Does the same thing work for meetings?

Yes. Invite Simi to a Zoom, Teams, Meet or Webex meeting and she transcribes it with real names and writes the notes, the next steps and — from a client briefing — a drafted vacancy onto the record. $1.50 per hour attended, with the first hour free for every user.
