An AI brain for your whole team.
Loops puts your team's chats and calls right beside the candidates and clients they are about. Simi already reads every conversation with them. In Loops she hears your team too, so she has both sides of the story.
Every day, in every agency
Said once. Gone by Friday.
“I’ll send Helen the CVs by Friday.” “Can you ring Grace back?” “Leave Northgate with me.” Your team says it in a chat or on a quick call, then the phones start ringing, and the client is the one who reminds you.
Why it lives inside your CRM
AI works while it happens. So should your team.
Before AI, a chat app and a connector were fine: people did the work, and the important bits were copied across later. Now Simi does part of the work, and she works on what she can see. So we built your team’s talk straight into Recruitly, beside the record it is about.
One brain
Both sides of the story, in one place.
Simi already reads every email, WhatsApp, text, LinkedIn message, call and meeting with your candidates and clients. Loops gives her the other half: what your team says about them. What the client asked, who said they would do it, and what was agreed, together.
Everything in Loops
Your whole agency, one click away.
Message anyone in the agency
Everyone is already in Loops. A loop with a colleague is one click, with who is online, typing and Seen.
Groups for a desk or an account
Name it, tick who is in. Perm desk, the Northgate account team, the whole office.
Tag a candidate, client or lead
Type @ and the people you are already talking to are there. Your colleague opens the record in one click.
Loop someone in on a decision
Hand a Simi Decision to a colleague or a group, several at once, with the client's own words on the card.
Mentions arrive in the same place
An @mention in a comment on a record lands in your loop, with Reply in the thread.
Loop call, one tap
It rings everyone in the loop, wherever they are in Recruitly. Decline or Join, missed calls with Call back.
Call with Simi, or private
With Simi, her notes land in the loop after the call. Private keeps nothing at all.
Teams and Google Meet too
Teams call rings exactly the people in the loop. Google Meet posts a real Meet link for everyone in it.
What is open with a colleague
Click a name: the Simi Decisions waiting on them, what has been looped to them, the jobs they are working.
Your order, everywhere
Drag loops into your own order and it follows you to every device. Filter to unread or groups.
Grace Bennett asked which start date to give her employer
“Shall I tell them the 2nd of November, or wait for the contract?”
Loop someone in
Hand it over in one click, in their own words.
On any Simi Decisions card, press Loop in and tick who should have it, colleagues or whole groups. They get the person’s own words, Reply takes them straight to the record, and Done settles it in Simi Decisions too, so nobody chases it twice.
Loop call
One tap rings the whole loop. Simi takes the notes.
Wherever your colleagues are in Recruitly, it rings, with Decline or Join. Choose Call with Simi and her notes are in the loop after you hang up: what you agreed, and who is doing what. Choose Private call and nothing is recorded, transcribed or kept.

Call with Simi
Simi listens and puts her notes in this loop, for the people in it.
Private call
Nothing is recorded, transcribed or kept.
Keep Teams and Slack for everything else. Teams and Slack are where people talk. Recruitly is where what they say gets done, because it knows the client, the candidate and the job behind every sentence.
Before you loop anyone in
Is Loops a replacement for Teams or Slack?
No. Keep Teams, Slack or whatever your agency already uses for everything else. Loops is for the talk about your candidates and clients, because it sits inside Recruitly, right beside the records that talk is about.
What is a loop?
One conversation: you and a colleague, or a named group such as a desk or an account team. Everyone in your agency is already in Loops, so there is nobody to invite.
How do I hand something to a colleague?
On any Simi Decisions card, press Loop in, tick the colleagues or groups and send. They get the card in their loop with the client's or candidate's own words, Reply to open the record, and Done, which marks the decision done in Simi Decisions as well.
Does Simi listen to every Loop call?
Only when you choose Call with Simi. Then her notes appear in the loop after the call, for the people in that loop. Choose Private call and nothing is recorded, transcribed or kept.
Who can see a loop?
Only the people in it. Recruitly checks that on every message read and every message sent. What colleagues say to each other stays in Loops; it is not added to the candidate's or client's record.
Can I tag records in a message?
Yes. Type @ and pick a candidate, client, lead or teammate. The tag becomes a pill your colleague clicks to open the record, or the teammate's profile.
Where do I find Loops?
The Loops button in the Recruitly top bar, beside Simi Decisions, or the Loops card in your avatar menu. It shows who is online and how many messages are unread.
oops!
Loops. For those oops! moments, and every other one.
Your team talks. Simi hears both sides. Nothing said gets lost between desks.
