Your candidate or client opens the link and joins from their browser, with no app and no account. You let them in, Simi takes the notes, and the write-up reaches them after the call.

Every meeting gets a link on loops.recruitly.app, and the password rides inside it, so Grace never types one. She opens it, sees who invited her and that Simi is taking notes, and presses Join now.

Nobody walks in until you let them.
Every guest waits to be let in. When three arrive together you see one line, 3 waiting, with Review and Let all in, and you can lock the call so nobody new can knock.

Or hand the door to your client.
Book the interview and the hiring manager gets a Host PIN in their own email, never in the candidate’s. Kyle joins as host and lets Charlie in. You don’t have to be there, and Simi still takes the notes.

Simi takes the notes, and only you can turn her off.
Every Loops meeting is with Simi. She writes notes for each of your people from their side of the call, what you do, what you are waiting on and what was decided, and puts a note on the candidate’s record.

The write-up follows them home.
After the call your guest gets the write-up in your agency’s own headings, with the transcript under it. Every meeting they have had with you waits for them at loops.recruitly.app/portal.

A password in every link
Typing only the meeting ID asks for it. Too many wrong tries and the link stops answering.
Open only when the meeting is
A booked link opens 15 minutes before and closes when the meeting ends.
Deny means gone
Press Deny in the lobby and that guest cannot knock on that link again.
Questions
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. They open the link in their browser, type their name and join.
Do I have to be on the call to let people in?
No. Give your client the Host PIN. Schedule Interview puts it in their email, and on a calendar event you tick who gets it. Whoever enters it lets people in, turns them away and can remove them, and Simi still takes the notes.
Can I turn Simi off?
The organiser can, from the Simi is taking notes pill on the call. Nobody else can.
What do guests receive afterwards?
The write-up in your agency’s headings with the transcript. With one guest it goes on its own, and with more you send it with Email to guests. Simi’s notes for your team are never sent.
How do I send someone the link?
Pick Loops on a calendar event, press Meet now, or invite a candidate or client from the call. The link goes on the invite with its password inside.
