LinkedIn outreach for recruiters.

Simi, Recruitly's AI

Simi checks everything your agency knows before every touch.

Branching LinkedIn and email campaigns from your own account, or a colleague's with their OK, paced like a person and stopped the moment they talk to you on any channel. $15 a month per LinkedIn account.

Branch on what they do

Start with any step: visit, like, comment, follow, endorse, invite, message or InMail, with email anywhere in between, and branches such as accepted within five days.

Before every step

Simi checks what your agency knows

Before each touch Simi looks at your CRM and every channel. If they talked to your team, have a live deal or job, belong to a colleague or opted out, the step waits and says why.

When they answer

Simi reads what the reply means

On LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp or the phone. Interested goes hot in your Conversations with a draft answer, not now comes back on the date they gave, and a no stops every campaign for them.

A colleague’s account

Their name goes out with their say

Anyone can build a campaign that sends from a colleague’s LinkedIn. They see every message first and approve it in Recruitly, any change asks them again, and they can pause or revoke it whenever they like.

LinkedIn Warmup

Your team stays visible before you ask

When the people you follow post, a few of your team react at different times of day, and Simi writes the odd comment in that teammate’s voice. She reads each post first and skips bad news.

Questions

What can a campaign do on LinkedIn?

Visit a profile, like a post, comment (Simi writes it from the post), follow, endorse, send an invite with a note, message and InMail, with email anywhere in the flow, waits, and branches such as accepted within five days or replied within three.

What does Simi check before each step?

Whether they have talked to your agency on any channel since the last step, whether they have a live deal, job or meeting with you, whether another recruiter owns them, whether they are in another outreach, and whether they opted out. If any of those says wait, the step waits, and the reason shows on the campaign.

Is it safe for my LinkedIn account?

Every account sends inside the hours you set, with random gaps between steps and a daily limit for invites, messages and profile visits. One queue covers every campaign on that account, so two campaigns can never double the pace.

Can a campaign send from a colleague's LinkedIn?

Only once they approve it in Recruitly, signed in as themselves, after seeing every message that would go out in their name. Any change asks them again, and they can pause or revoke it at any time.

What is LinkedIn Warmup?

A second kind of LinkedIn campaign. When the people you follow post, a few of your team react at different times, and Simi writes the odd comment in that teammate's voice. She reads each post first and skips bad news such as redundancies or a bereavement.

What does it cost?

LinkedIn Campaigns come with LinkedIn Connect, $15 a month for each connected LinkedIn account (£15 or €15). There is no per-action fee. Email steps cost what your other Recruitly emails cost.

Free to start. No credit card.
