The HeyReach alternative that sends as the right recruiter

HeyReach rotates one campaign across every LinkedIn account you connect. A candidate should hear from the recruiter who knows them, so Recruitly sends from the account you choose, and only with that recruiter's OK.

Before every step

Simi checks what your agency knows

Before each touch Simi looks at your CRM and every channel. If they talked to your team, have a live deal or job, belong to a colleague or opted out, the step waits and says why.

LinkedIn Warmup

Your team stays visible before you ask

When the people you follow post, a few of your team react at different times of day, and Simi writes the odd comment in that teammate’s voice. She reads each post first and skips bad news.

Questions before you move

Can one campaign use several recruiters' accounts?

A campaign sends from the account you pick, so the person always hears from the same recruiter. Run the same flow for another recruiter's people as its own campaign, from their account, with their approval.

What stops two of us messaging the same person?

Each person can be in one outreach at a time across the whole agency, and someone who belongs to another recruiter waits until that recruiter says yes. Both show as a reason on the campaign.

We run outreach for several clients. Does that work?

Recruitly is built for recruitment agencies running their own desks, with candidates, clients and jobs in one CRM. It is not a white-label outreach service for running other companies' campaigns.

What does it cost for a team of twenty?

LinkedIn Connect for each of the twenty LinkedIn accounts, at $15 a month each. Outreach, warmup and Simi's checks are inside it, and email steps cost what your other Recruitly emails cost.

The person hears from the recruiter who knows them.
