Recruitly AI SchedulerBeta
Stop paying for Calendly.
Recruitly comes with a booking page built in. One link, real availability, the meeting on your calendar with a video link, and the person who booked becomes a lead in your pipeline. Calendly can never do that last part. It isn’t the CRM.
From a link to a lead, in three steps
After the booking
Calendly’s job ends at the calendar event. Yours starts there.
Someone books a demo. Calendly puts an event on your calendar, and that is the last thing it will ever do for you. Everything that makes the booking worth having now happens by hand. Every booking. Every consultant. For as long as you keep the seat.

What you do next
- Open the CRM. Search for Sarah. She isn't there.
- Create the lead. Pick the pipeline. Pick the stage.
- Paste the Teams link into the record.
- Invite the notetaker. Or forget to.
- File the meeting against the company.
- Do it again for Thursday's three.
Six steps. About four minutes. Times every booking, times every consultant, for the life of the subscription.

The person who booked is already in your CRM.
The booking page is inside Recruitly, so nothing needs copying anywhere. The event type decides what the booker becomes: a lead in the stage you chose, a candidate on the job, a contact on the account. Someone already in your database is linked, never duplicated.
The meeting sits on their timeline. Simi is on the invite, and her notes land underneath it after the call. You did not open the CRM. You did not have to.
What Simi does in the roomThree links a recruiter actually sends
Every event type has its own link, its own rules and its own outcome in the CRM. Make as many as you like. Most desks need three.

What it makes
The gate
Nobody fake gets a slot.
Every booker types a one-time code before a time is theirs. A mistyped address, a burner account or a bot never lands on your calendar, and the invite always reaches a real person. Set an event type to work emails only and Gmail, Yahoo and the rest are turned away at the door. Politely.

What you cancel
A team of five on Calendly’s published team plan is about seven hundred pounds a year for a page whose job ends at the calendar event. Ours is included in every plan. Not a tier, not an add-on, not a seat.

Before you share the link
What does it cost?
Nothing on top of your plan. The page, the event types, the rules, the email gate and the calendar event with its video link are part of Recruitly for every user. There is no scheduling seat, because a booking link is not a product. It is a door into the CRM you already pay for.
Which calendars and video tools?
Google Calendar and Outlook for availability and the event itself. Google Meet or Microsoft Teams for the link, whichever your calendar provides, and Zoom once your agency has connected it. Each event type picks its own.
What stops spam and fake bookings?
Every booker types a one-time code before a slot is theirs, so a mistyped address or a bot never reaches your calendar. Each event type can also be set to work emails only, which turns away Gmail, Yahoo and the rest. Bots are stopped in front of the page before a code is ever sent.
What exactly lands in the CRM?
Whatever you told that event type to create. A demo request becomes a lead in the pipeline stage you chose. An intro call becomes a contact. A screening slot becomes a candidate on the job. Someone already in your database is linked, never duplicated. The meeting sits on their timeline with a note of what they told you, and Simi's write-up lands there after the call.
Does the booker need an account, or a long form?
No account. They pick a time, type their email, type the code, and they are booked. Name, phone, company and notes are there for the people who want to leave them. If an event type needs an answer, it can ask for one.
It says beta. What does that mean?
The page, the availability engine, the video links, the email gate and the CRM records are all live. We are onboarding agencies one at a time so the first ones get our engineers rather than a help centre. The price on this page, nothing, is the price when it leaves beta.
Cancel Calendly. Keep the bookings.
