The Waalaxy alternative that hears more than a reply

Waalaxy follows up until they reply, in its own words. Candidates and clients answer a recruiter in plenty of other ways, and Recruitly stops for every one of them.

They tell you not now

Simi parks them and brings them back on the date they gave.

When they answer

Simi reads what the reply means

On LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp or the phone. Interested goes hot in your Conversations with a draft answer, not now comes back on the date they gave, and a no stops every campaign for them.

Before every step

Simi checks what your agency knows

Before each touch Simi looks at your CRM and every channel. If they talked to your team, have a live deal or job, belong to a colleague or opted out, the step waits and says why.

LinkedIn Warmup

Your team stays visible before you ask

When the people you follow post, a few of your team react at different times of day, and Simi writes the odd comment in that teammate’s voice. She reads each post first and skips bad news.

Questions before you move

Does it run from a browser extension?

No. Campaigns run on Recruitly's servers next to your CRM, so nothing depends on a browser tab being open. Each LinkedIn account sends inside its working hours with random gaps and a daily limit, and one queue covers every campaign on that account.

Where do replies go?

Into the recruiter's own LinkedIn inbox, as they always have. Simi reads each one, and the hot ones go to your Conversations with a draft answer, at no extra cost.

Can I mix email into the campaign?

Yes, on every account. Email steps go anywhere in the flow and send from the recruiter's own mailbox, billed like your other Recruitly emails.

Do I need Recruitly to use it?

Yes. Stopping for a call, an application or a meeting only works because the outreach runs inside the CRM that records them. It is not sold as a separate LinkedIn tool.
