The Expandi alternative with conditions about people

Expandi branches on what someone clicks: connected, visited your profile, opened your email. Recruitly branches on those too, and before every step Simi checks what your agency already knows about them.

Every click condition says carry on. Simi holds the step and asks the consultant who owns the application.

Yesterday, from your phone system

They rang your office yesterday

A click condition never sees a phone call. Simi sees it on their record and stops.

Held
Daniel Brooks: James Holt’s contact
Someone else owns them: asking James

Owner of the relationship since 2024

A colleague owns the relationship

The step waits until James says yes, so two recruiters never pitch one person.

Stopped
Louise Fenwick: Opted out of contact
No consent: never contacted

Recorded on their record in Recruitly

They told your agency to stop

Consent sits in the CRM, so Simi never sends a single step.

The flow

Branch on what they do

Start with any step: visit, like, comment, follow, endorse, invite, message or InMail, with email anywhere in between, and branches such as accepted within five days.

When they answer

Simi reads what the reply means

On LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp or the phone. Interested goes hot in your Conversations with a draft answer, not now comes back on the date they gave, and a no stops every campaign for them.

“Not now, try me in March”

A colleague’s account

Their name goes out with their say

Anyone can build a campaign that sends from a colleague’s LinkedIn. They see every message first and approve it in Recruitly, any change asks them again, and they can pause or revoke it whenever they like.

Questions before you move

Can I still branch on whether they accepted?

Yes. The flow is a tree you draw: any first step, waits, and branches such as accepted within five days or replied within three. Email steps go anywhere in it, and people with no LinkedIn can go down an email branch instead. Simi's checks sit on top of the tree, so you never have to build them into it.

What happens when somebody replies?

Simi reads the reply, on whichever channel it came. Interested or a question stops the campaign and puts them hot in your Conversations with a draft answer. Not now parks them until the date they gave. A referral stops it and offers the new person as a lead. Out of office pauses until they are back, and a no stops every campaign for them.

We sync Expandi to our CRM. Is that the same?

A sync sends leads and replies across after the step has gone out. Recruitly's outreach runs inside the recruitment CRM, so Simi reads the pipeline, the owner and the consent before the step goes out, which is when it matters.

Do I need Recruitly to use it?

Yes. The checks need your CRM, calls, meetings and inbox in one place, so LinkedIn Outreach only runs inside Recruitly. If your agency lives in a different CRM, Simi would have nothing to check against.

Branch on the clicks, and on everything your agency knows.
