Questions before you move
Does anything need to stay open on my computer?
No. Campaigns run on Recruitly's servers. Each LinkedIn account sends inside the hours you set, with random gaps and a daily limit, whether your laptop is open or shut.
Linked Helper pauses when someone replies. Is that not enough?
A reply on LinkedIn is one way people answer. Recruitly also stops when they ring your office, book a meeting, apply to a job, or chat to a colleague on any channel, and Simi reads what each reply means before deciding what happens next.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Each recruiter connects their own LinkedIn on LinkedIn Connect. Each person can be in one outreach at a time across the agency, and a campaign only sends from a colleague's account once they approve it.
Do I need Recruitly to use it?
Yes. Outreach runs inside Recruitly, because Simi's checks read your candidates, clients, jobs, calls and meetings. It is not sold as a separate LinkedIn tool.
