The Dripify alternative that knows they booked

They booked a call from the link in your LinkedIn message and never replied to the message itself. Dripify sends the follow-up anyway. Recruitly sees the meeting, stops the campaign and tells you why.

Booked from the link in your LinkedIn message

They booked a call off your link

They never replied to the message, so a sequence sends the follow-up on Thursday. Simi sees the meeting on their record and stops.

Held
Priya Shah: Second interview, Wed
Live job: asking the owner

Finance Director role, on your pipeline

They are interviewing on one of your jobs

Step three of a cold sequence asks if they are open to new roles. Simi holds it and asks the consultant who owns the application.

Held
Sophie Lennon: Call with Daniel Brooks, 6 min
Talked to your team recently

Yesterday, from your phone system

They spoke to your colleague yesterday

To a sequence they are still cold. Simi sees the call on their record and the next step waits.

Parked
Rebecca Lowther: Not now, try me in March
Back in on 1 March 2027

Their reply, read by Simi

They said not now, try me in March

A sequence either ends for good or keeps going now. Simi parks them and brings them back on the date they gave.

Before every step

Simi checks what your agency knows

Before each touch Simi looks at your CRM and every channel. If they talked to your team, have a live deal or job, belong to a colleague or opted out, the step waits and says why.

When they answer

Simi reads what the reply means

On LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp or the phone. Interested goes hot in your Conversations with a draft answer, not now comes back on the date they gave, and a no stops every campaign for them.

LinkedIn Warmup

Your team stays visible before you ask

When the people you follow post, a few of your team react at different times of day, and Simi writes the odd comment in that teammate’s voice. She reads each post first and skips bad news.

LinkedIn Outreach has no plan of its own and no per-action fee. If a recruiter has LinkedIn Connect, they have outreach, warmup and Simi's checks.

Recruitly

$15

a month, per LinkedIn account

LinkedIn Connect. Every LinkedIn step, Simi’s checks and LinkedIn Warmup are in it. Email steps cost what your other Recruitly emails cost.

Dripify

$59–99

a month, per user

Pro is $59 billed annually or $79 monthly, Advanced is $79 annually or $99 monthly, and team management needs Advanced. Each seat connects one LinkedIn account.

Questions before you move

What does Simi check before each step?

Whether they have talked to your agency on any channel since the last step (a reply, a call, a meeting or a chat), whether they have a live deal, job or meeting with you, whether another recruiter owns them, whether they are in another outreach, and whether they opted out or sit on your blacklist. If any of those is true the step waits, and the reason shows on the campaign.

Is it safe for my LinkedIn account?

Every account sends inside the hours you set, with random gaps between steps and a daily limit for invites, messages and profile visits. One queue covers every campaign on that account, so two campaigns can never double the pace. LinkedIn's own limits apply to us like everyone else.

Can a campaign send from a colleague's LinkedIn?

Only once they approve it, signed in to Recruitly as themselves. They see every message that would go out in their name before they say yes. Any change to the campaign needs their approval again, and they can pause or revoke it from their own LinkedIn Connect window at any time.

Do I need Recruitly to use it?

Yes. LinkedIn Outreach runs inside Recruitly because the checks need your CRM, your calls, your meetings and your inbox in one place. It is not sold as a separate LinkedIn tool.

Outreach that stops when they say yes, wherever they said it.
