Allo and RingCentral, now in your current version

Available in your current version. Allo and RingCentral can now be set up from the Recruitly Marketplace, and calls from both are logged on the right record.

Allo

• Calls and texts logged automatically, with Allo's AI summary and transcript.
• Call from Recruitly. Choose Call with Allo on any phone number. Allo's dialler opens beside the record once Allo support has enabled it for your account, and incoming calls show who is calling.
• Text through Allo. In Send SMS, pick your Allo number in the From list and press Send via Allo.

You need an Allo Business or Ultra plan. An Allo admin creates an API key in Allo, then in Recruitly opens the avatar menu → Recruitly Marketplace, clicks Install on Allo, and pastes the key.

RingCentral

• Every call logged, with the recording, on the matching candidate, contact or lead.
• AI call summaries. A summary, next steps and the transcript are added to the call, and next steps can become tasks in one click.
• Call from Recruitly. With the optional phone app set up, Call with RingCentral opens RingCentral's phone beside the record.

A RingCentral admin creates two private apps in your RingCentral account, then in Recruitly opens the avatar menu → Recruitly Marketplace and clicks Install on RingCentral. One connection covers the whole team.
