Call from Recruitly with your own phone system's dialler, now in your current version

Available in your current version. If your team calls through Aircall, Dialpad, Ringover, Maqsam, RingCentral, Zoom Phone or Allo, you no longer have to leave Recruitly to make a call. Your phone system's own dialler opens in a window next to the record, with the same number, settings and call history you already use.

How it works

• One click to call. Click a phone number on a candidate, contact or lead. Under Call using, pick Call with Aircall, Call with RingCentral or whichever system you use, and the call starts in its dialler.
• The record stays in front of you. The dialler window floats over the page and you can drag it out of the way while you talk.
• See who is calling. For Aircall, Allo, Dialpad, RingCentral, Ringover and Zoom Phone, incoming calls pop up with the matching record so you can open it before you answer.
• Choose your default. Open your avatar menu, go to My Profile → About Me, and pick your phone system in the Outbound Dialer card. The same choice applies in Recruitly 2.0.
• Logged as before. Calls, and the recording and summary where your phone system provides them, land on the record's activity automatically.

Connect your phone system first: avatar menu → Recruitly Marketplace, then Install on its tile.
