Send DigiSign documents with your own Eversign account (Beta)
DigiSign can now send documents through your own Eversign (Xodo Sign) account instead of Recruitly's built-in e-signature service. This is in Beta: it works end to end, and we'd like agencies that already use Eversign to try it and tell us what they find.
How to turn it on
- In Marketplace, open Eversign and connect it with your Eversign access key.
- On the Eversign panel, copy the webhook URL and paste it into Eversign under Developer → Webhooks. Without this, document statuses won't update in Recruitly.
- In DigiSign, go to Settings → Activity & Sharing → E-sign provider and choose Eversign. Only super users can change this.
- Create documents as usual. When you click Prepare, Eversign's own editor opens to place fields and send.
Good to know
- Documents sent with Eversign are billed by Eversign, and no DigiSign credits are used. Your Eversign plan needs to include API access.
- Documents you've already created stay with the service they were created with.
- Sent, viewed, signed and completed statuses update automatically. The signed PDF and audit trail are saved to the record's Files.
- If Eversign stops accepting your connection, DigiSign tells you before you send and points you to Marketplace to reconnect.
Beta limits
- Sender identities and branding still apply only to Recruitly's built-in service. Eversign sends as your connected account.
- Pre-filled form fields aren't passed to Eversign yet.
- If a signer declines, Eversign doesn't share their reason, so it won't appear in Recruitly.
If something doesn't work as expected, contact support and mention "Eversign Beta". We'll fix issues as they come in and post updates here.
