Call from Recruitly with your own phone system's dialler

Available in Recruitly 2.0. If your team calls through Aircall, Dialpad, Ringover, Maqsam, RingCentral or Zoom Phone, you no longer have to leave Recruitly to make a call. Click any phone number and your phone system's own dialler opens docked next to the record, with the same number, settings and call history you already use.

How it works

• One click to call. Click a phone number on a candidate, contact or lead and the call starts in the dialler beside the record. No copying numbers, no switching apps.
• The record stays in front of you. The person you are calling stays open while you talk, so you can read their history and take notes without losing your place.
• Logged as before. The call, and the recording and summary where your phone system provides them, land on the record automatically, and every call appears in Calls, whichever system made it.
• Each recruiter chooses. Everyone picks how numbers open for them: their phone system inside Recruitly, the Recruitly dialler, or their device's default phone app.

Which phone systems

• Aircall: Aircall's phone opens next to the record. Sign in to Aircall there once.
• Dialpad: Dialpad's mini dialler opens next to the record. Prefer the Dialpad desktop app? You can choose that instead.
• Ringover: Ringover's dialler opens next to the record.
• Maqsam: Maqsam's dialler opens next to the record.
• RingCentral: RingCentral's phone panel opens next to the record, with call prep and notes that save to the call. Sign in to RingCentral there the first time.
• Zoom Phone: Zoom's dialler opens next to the record, or choose to have the Zoom desktop app dial straight away.

How to switch it on

Your phone system must be connected for the account (profile picture, then Marketplace & Apps) and your user matched to your phone system user. Then open My Profile, Outbound Dialer, and under When I click a phone number, call with pick your phone system, inside Recruitly.

Allo's dialler is on its way: it opens inside Recruitly as soon as Allo switches it on for your account.
