Smartlead and BreezeDoc: your cold email and your e-signatures, on the record

Available in Recruitly 2.0. Two new integrations bring the work that happens outside your CRM back onto the record: Smartlead for cold email outreach and BreezeDoc for e-signatures.

Smartlead

Run your outreach in Smartlead and see who is engaging in Recruitly.

• Matched, never duplicated. Every prospect in the campaigns you choose is linked to the lead, contact or candidate with the same email. Only people you do not already hold are created, as a lead or contact per campaign.
• Warm and Hot tags. A click tags the person Smartlead: Warm and a reply tags them Smartlead: Hot, so the Tags filter in every list shows your team who to call first.
• Replies on the timeline. A prospect's reply lands on the record as an email, and the owner gets a notification.
• Campaign stats from Smartlead. Each campaign shows Smartlead's own sent, opened, replied and bounced numbers. Open Details for rates, a step-by-step breakdown and every record the campaign touched.
• History import and opt-outs. Import past campaigns, archived ones included. Unsubscribes and bounces in Smartlead carry across, so nobody who said no gets emailed again.

You need a Smartlead Pro plan or higher. Paste your Smartlead API key (Smartlead: Settings, then Activate API) and tick the campaigns you want. Read the setup guide→

BreezeDoc

Send contracts, offers and terms for signature without leaving the record.

• Send from the record. On a candidate, contact, company or lead, open the Files tab, pick one of your BreezeDoc templates, check the signing order and send. The default template for that record type is already selected.
• See who has signed. Each party shows as Not sent, Waiting or Signed, and sent, signed and completed are logged on the record, with a note to the owner when everyone has signed.
• Documents sent from BreezeDoc too. Anything you send from BreezeDoc itself appears on the candidate or contact whose email matches a recipient.
• File the signed copy in one click. BreezeDoc emails you the signed PDF, and you attach it to the record straight from the document.

Each recruiter connects their own BreezeDoc account with a personal token, on a paid BreezeDoc plan (Individual or Agency). Documents are sent from your BreezeDoc account and use your BreezeDoc plan, not Recruitly credits. Read the setup guide→

How to switch them on

Click your profile picture, then Marketplace & Apps, and find Smartlead or BreezeDoc. BreezeDoc can also be connected from My Profile, E-signature.
