Allo and RingCentral: every call logged on the right record, and a dialler inside Recruitly

Available in Recruitly 2.0. Two more phone systems now plug straight into Recruitly: Allo and RingCentral. Connect once for the whole team and every call lands on the candidate, contact or lead you spoke to, under the recruiter who made or took it, with no notes to type afterwards.

Allo

• Calls and texts logged automatically. Every Allo call and text is saved on the matching record, with Allo's AI summary, the transcript and a link to the recording in Allo.
• Call from Recruitly. Allo's own dialler opens docked next to the record once Allo support has enabled it for your account, and incoming calls show who is ringing with a link straight to their record.
• Text through Allo. Send texts from your Allo number without leaving Recruitly, and optionally sync your Recruitly records into Allo's contacts so the Allo app shows who is calling.

You need an Allo Business or Ultra plan. An Allo admin creates an API key in Allo and pastes it into Recruitly. Read the setup guide→

RingCentral

• Every call logged, with the recording. Inbound and outbound calls are logged on the matching record, and the recording is copied into Recruitly so anyone with access to the record can play it.
• Recruitly AI call summaries. Turn them on and each recorded call gets a summary, next steps and a full transcript on its activity a few minutes after you hang up.
• The RingCentral phone inside Recruitly. Click any number to call from a panel next to the record, with call prep and notes that save to the call. Incoming calls pop up with the caller's record.
• Nothing missed. Recruitly reads RingCentral's call log every 15 minutes, so a call that slipped through is filled in.

RingCentral connects through two private apps in your own RingCentral account, so there are no developer fees. A RingCentral admin creates them from pre-filled links in the setup screen, then connects once for the team. Read the setup guide→

How to switch them on

Click your profile picture, then Marketplace & Apps, and find Allo or RingCentral. Each recruiter then picks their dialler under My Profile, Outbound Dialer.

Both sit alongside Aircall, Dialpad, Ringover, Maqsam, Quo and Zoom Phone, and every call appears in Calls, whichever system made it.
