Connect multiple Xero organisations

You can now connect more than one Xero organisation to your Recruitly account and choose which one each invoice goes to.

What's new

• Connect another organisation. Open your Xero settings and click Connect Another Organisation. Each organisation shows its name, base currency and status in one list.
• Default organisation. Mark one organisation as the default. Invoices go there unless you pick a different one.
• Pick the organisation per invoice. When you have more than one organisation connected, the invoice form shows an organisation picker. Tax rates, accounts and invoice defaults switch to match the organisation you choose.
• Invoice defaults per organisation. Default status, account code, tax rate and line amount type are saved separately for each organisation.
• Disconnect one or all. Remove a single organisation without affecting the others, or disconnect Xero entirely.

• Recruitly classic: Settings → Integrations → Xero

Already using Xero with one organisation? Nothing changes for you. Your existing connection, invoices and settings carry on as before, and the new options only appear once you connect a second organisation.
