Zoom Phone calls and SMS, now on the Zoom App Marketplace

Recruitly is now approved on the Zoom App Marketplace. Call and text candidates and contacts from your Zoom Phone number without leaving Recruitly.

What's new

• Click to call. Call candidates and contacts through Zoom Phone, from the Zoom phone inside Recruitly or the Zoom desktop app.
• Incoming call pop-up. When someone rings your Zoom number, Recruitly opens the matching record.
• Every call logged. Zoom Phone calls appear on the record and in Calls, with the recording, transcript and summary when Zoom provides them.
• SMS from your Zoom number. Send and receive texts in the SMS chat, logged against the record.

Where to find it

• Recruitly 2.0: Marketplace → Zoom
• Recruitly classic: Settings → Integrations → Zoom
