AI Scheduler: a booking page built into Recruitly 2.0

Available in Recruitly 2.0 only. The Scheduler lives in the new version at recruitly.app. Sign in there with the email you use today and it is ready to go. If you are still on the current version of Recruitly, you will not see it until you switch.

Recruitly 2.0 now comes with a booking page built in. Share one link, show your real availability, and the meeting lands on your calendar with a video link attached. The person who booked becomes a lead in your pipeline without anyone typing a thing.

A booking link is not a product. It is a door into the CRM you already pay for.

From link to lead

  1. Share your booking link. It reads your real availability from Google Calendar or Outlook, so nobody books over something you already have on.
  2. They pick a time. The event goes on both calendars with a Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom link.
  3. They are in your CRM. A lead, contact or candidate is created the moment the booking confirms, with the meeting on their timeline.

Where a scheduler's job ends, yours starts

With a standalone scheduler the calendar event is the end of the story. You then create the record, copy the email address, add the note, log the meeting and set the follow-up. Here the booking is the beginning. The record already exists, the meeting is logged against it and the person is in your pipeline.

Three templates to start from

  • Book a demo (30 min) creates a lead
  • Quick intro (15 min) creates a contact
  • Screening call (20 min) creates a candidate

Change the duration, the questions you ask and which record type each link creates.

No fake bookings

Every booker confirms a one-time code before a time is theirs. Bots and mistyped emails never reach your calendar.

Included in every plan

Stop paying for a scheduling tool , a scheduling tool for a team of five costs roughly £700 a year. The Recruitly booking page is included in every plan, with no per-seat pricing.

Getting started

  1. Go to recruitly.app and sign in with your usual Recruitly email. The Scheduler is not available in the current version.
  2. Connect your Google or Outlook calendar if you have not already.
  3. Open Scheduler from your profile menu, or type "Scheduler" in the command palette.
  4. Pick a template, copy your link and share it.
