Job Title filters now match exactly — and a new Contains option for partial matches

The Job Title filter has two settings now, and they do different things.

In matches the whole job title. Filtering candidates on Residential Surveyor returns people whose title is exactly that — not Freelance Residential Surveyor, not Senior Residential Surveyor.

Contains matches part of a title. Filter on Surveyor with Contains and you get everyone with that word anywhere in their job title — this is how the filter behaved before.

Why we changed it

Until now, In matched partially, so a search for Residential Surveyor also pulled in every variation of it. That's useful when you want it and confusing when you don't — and there was no way to ask for one rather than the other.

Your saved searches still work the same

Every saved search that filtered on Job Title has been switched to Contains, so it returns exactly what it returned yesterday. Nothing to redo.

If you want one of them to be exact from now on, open it and change Job Title from Contains to In.

The same applies to Job Title filters on Candidates, Contacts, Leads, Jobs, and Deals.
