Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code to Recruitly

Recruitly now has an MCP server, so you can ask an AI assistant for your Recruitly data in plain English.

Add https://mcp.recruitly.dev/mcp→ to Claude, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code and sign in with Google, Microsoft or an emailed code. There is no API key to paste.

What the assistant can do:

• Search candidates, jobs, contacts, companies, leads, opportunities and placements
• Read a candidate's profile and CV, a job's pipeline and stage counts, and a client's history
• Create and update candidates, contacts, companies, jobs, leads, opportunities and placements
• Move candidates through a pipeline, add notes, create tasks and upload files
• Parse a CV file straight into a new candidate

Every request runs as the signed-in user with their normal Recruitly permissions. Creating and updating stay off until a Super user turns on Allow AI assistants to make changes, and deleting is not available at all.
