Twelve of 50+ boards, aggregators and regional sites — plus your own branded careers site. Every integration

Posting is the easy half

What happens when the applications come back is where a posting tool runs out of road.

+ careers site + direct

One pipeline, on the job

Deduplicated on arrival

Matched against your database before it becomes a record, so one candidate applying to three adverts is still one candidate.

AI screening and scoring

Applications are read and ranked against the job overnight, so the shortlist is waiting rather than the inbox.

One inbox for every board

Indeed, Reed, your careers site and a direct email all arrive in the same place, with the source recorded against each.

Auto responses

Acknowledgements and rejections go out from your own branded templates, without anyone remembering to send them.

Their live LinkedIn profile, on the record

Current role, employer and history as it stands today — next to the CV they sent.

A multi-poster stops at the first step. It does not own the pipeline, so it cannot do the rest.

What the layer in the middle really costs

The subscription is the smallest part.

A handoff that can fail

Every post crosses a boundary between two vendors. When an advert silently does not appear, the first job is working out which side dropped it — and the role is already a day cold.

Applicants land somewhere else

Responses arrive in the middleware, then sync back. Anything the mapping does not understand becomes a duplicate record or a candidate nobody chased.

A second set of credentials

Board logins, contracts and credit balances live outside your ATS, so the person who knows where the CV-Library credits went is never the person posting the job.

A separate per-post or per-user bill

Multi-posting is charged on top of the ATS that already holds the job. You pay twice for one advert to exist.

Distribution, without the middleman

Native distribution to 50+ boards

Write the job once in Recruitly and send it to every board you use — free, paid and sponsored — from the same screen you created it on. There is no middleware in between.

Applications land in the pipeline

Applicants arrive directly on the job as candidates, deduplicated against your database, with the source board recorded. Nothing is synced back from a second system.

Board spend you can actually see

Source-of-hire and cost-per-application sit in the same reporting as your placements, because the advert and the outcome were never in different systems.

AI writes the advert

Generate the job advert from the brief, tuned per board, with the tone and length each one performs best at. No copy-paste between a CRM and a posting tool.

Your own careers site included

Branded job boards and embeddable widgets publish from the same job record, so your site is never the one page that is out of date.

One contract fewer

Distribution is part of Recruitly, not a line item. The multi-posting contract, its renewal and its integration all come off the board.

Recruitly vs Broadbean

Broadbean does distribution well. It is the only thing it does.

Frequently asked questions

Can Recruitly replace Broadbean for job multi-posting?

Yes. Recruitly distributes jobs natively to over 50 job boards, including free, paid and sponsored slots, with per-board field mapping and scheduling. You create the job once and choose where it goes from the same screen. Because the distribution is part of the ATS rather than a separate product bolted to it, there is no integration between the two to configure, maintain or debug.

What happens to applicants — do they still sync back?

There is nothing to sync. Applications arrive directly on the job in Recruitly as candidate records, deduplicated against your existing database, with the source board stored against them. The class of problem where an applicant sits in the posting tool and never quite reaches the ATS does not exist, because there is only one system.

Do I keep my own job board accounts and credits?

Yes. You continue to contract directly with the boards you use and keep your own rates, credits and relationships. Recruitly posts using your credentials — what you stop paying for is the middleware layer in between, not the boards themselves.

Which job boards does Recruitly post to?

The major aggregators and generalists that agencies rely on — including Indeed, Reed, Totaljobs, CV-Library, Jobserve, Jobsite, Adzuna, Monster, ZipRecruiter, Talent.com, Jooble and CWJobs — alongside regional and sector boards, plus your own branded careers site and embeddable widgets. If a board you depend on is not yet connected, tell us during the trial: adding a board is routine work for us, not a special project.

Do I have to leave my ATS to stop paying for Broadbean?

Honestly, yes — if the ATS cannot post to boards on its own, something has to fill that gap. That is worth saying plainly rather than dressing up. Distribution is one of several capabilities agencies contract separately around a legacy ATS, alongside sourcing, telephony, e-signatures and email marketing, and it is usually the one that makes people count the others.

How long does it take to get posting from Recruitly?

Board credentials are connected during onboarding and most agencies are posting live adverts in the first week, well before a full data migration completes. Distribution does not depend on your historical data being loaded, so it is often the first thing that goes live.

Post the job from the system that holds the job

Native distribution to 50+ boards, applicants straight onto the pipeline, and no middleware contract to renew.
