Nobody pays for
Bullhorn alone.
The ATS is one line on the invoice. Everything below is the rest of it — and all of it is in one plan here, from $25 a user.

It’s what your desk looks like at 9am.
Logging a call
Bullhorn and the stack
Dial from the phone tool, find the candidate in the CRM, paste the note back. Half of it never gets written.
Recruitly
The dialer is in the record. One click, and the call, recording and AI summary are on the timeline.
Getting a role live
Bullhorn and the stack
Write the advert in the ATS, re-key it into the posting tool, then chase the board that never went live.
Recruitly
Write it once, tick the boards, send. Applicants come back onto the pipeline, deduplicated.
Sending a CV
Bullhorn and the stack
Download it, reformat in Word, strip the current employer by hand, attach and hope the formatting survives.
Recruitly
Branded from your template, blind when the client needs it, watermarked — in about ten seconds.
Knowing where you are
Bullhorn and the stack
Export to a spreadsheet on Friday, then reconcile it against the phone system and the job boards.
Recruitly
Live pipelines, KPI goals, leaderboards and placement revenue in the product. On the office TV too.
The real objection
“We’ve got ten years of data in Bullhorn.”
That is the real reason people stay, so here is the straight answer.
Nothing is retyped, and nothing goes live on a promise.
The full day-by-day planDay 1
You send a sample export
A dedicated migration specialist is assigned and sizes the job against what is actually in your data.
Day 5
Plan and quote signed off
A dated project plan before any money or data moves — what happens on which day, and who owns it.
Day 12
You check 100 records per module
Master data first, then a hundred records of each type, side by side with Bullhorn. Your team signs it off.
Day 14
Full load, second sign-off
Candidates and CVs, branded CVs, contacts, companies, jobs, pipelines, placements, notes, emails, documents.
Parallel run
Both systems live at once
You keep working in Bullhorn while you satisfy yourself. For a large database we insist on at least a week.
Friday → Monday
Delta, then go live
Final export after close on Friday, delta imported over the weekend, Monday morning you start on Recruitly.
Before you move
- Is Recruitly a real alternative to Bullhorn for an agency?
- Yes. Everything an agency runs on Bullhorn — candidate pipelines, client CRM, business development, placements, compliance and reporting — is here, and so are the things normally contracted separately alongside it: job board distribution, LinkedIn sourcing and contact data, a phone system, WhatsApp and SMS, branded and blind CV generation, digital signatures, email campaigns and workflow automation.
- What happens to our data when we move?
- A dedicated migration specialist runs it as a two-stage process. Stage one starts around a month before you switch: your Bullhorn export is analysed, mapping scripts are written, then master data and a hundred records per module go in for your team to validate — only after your sign-off does the full load run, which you sign off as well. Both systems then run in parallel. Stage two is the delta: your final export on the Friday, imported over the weekend, and you start Monday on Recruitly. Bullhorn is one of the systems we migrate from most often.
- Do we still need Broadbean or another multi-poster?
- No. Distribution to 50+ job boards is native, including per-board field mapping, and applicants land straight back on the job as candidates rather than being captured elsewhere and synced in.
- Do we have to bring our own AI subscription?
- No. AI candidate matching, CV rewriting, advert writing and call summaries are part of the platform and run on your own data. There is no separate key to supply and no AI module to license.
- What do I get that Bullhorn cannot sell me at any price?
- Relationship intelligence. Our Chrome extension runs inside LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter in a native side panel that injects nothing into the page, captures and enriches every search result, links a search to a job, AI-matches the profile against your live jobs and adds them to the pipeline from the panel — then tells you which of your colleagues is already connected to that person, who on your team last viewed them and how long they have been on your radar. No add-on in the Bullhorn marketplace does that, because it has to be built into the CRM itself.
- How much does Recruitly cost?
- From $25 per user per month, with everything above included and no per-module licences. Data migration from Bullhorn is quoted separately against your actual export — it is specialist hands-on work and we price it honestly rather than pretending it is free. Agencies founded within the last three years qualify for 75% off the subscription.
One platform. One invoice.
Bring a live role and we will run it end to end — advert out, applicants in, CV to the client.
