Every call becomes data you can work with
Recorded, transcribed, summarised and written onto the candidate — then counted in the forecast. A dialler ends at the dial tone.
A dialler beside your CRM
Two systems and a sync between them. The conversation happens in one and has to be carried to the other.
The call is the record
Nothing to integrate, nothing to sync, and no note anyone has to type.
Two upgrades before the AI reaches the candidate
On Pro you get an AI call summary. On Advanced you get an AI call summary with CRM sync. The difference is whether it ends up where the work happens.
Starter
The call happens
No CRM integration
Pro
A summary is written
It stays in the phone system
Advanced
The summary reaches the record
CRM sync included
No tier at which the sync switches on
Click-to-dial from the record
Dial from the candidate, contact or job you are already looking at. The call is logged against that record because there is only one record.
Recording and transcription
Calls recorded with compliance notifications and transcribed, stored against the person rather than in a separate telephony portal.
AI call summaries on the record
The summary and the actions land on the candidate automatically. There is no sync, and no tier at which the sync switches on.
The rest of the desk
WhatsApp, email campaigns, e-signature, job posting, AI matching and the CRM itself, in the same subscription.
The call is one line of the desk
A dialler tells you a call happened. Recruitly knows who you rang, why, which job it was for, who on your team spoke to them last and what it is worth if they land.
Nineteen modules and over two hundred screens sit behind that number — placements, billings, deals, interviews, campaigns, WhatsApp, e-signature, Pulse leaderboards on the office TVs, and an AI hub running matching, application review and CV formatting.
And on LinkedIn our extension captures every Sales Navigator and Recruiter result, scores it against your live jobs, and surfaces which colleague already knows them. A phone company cannot follow you there.

Questions before you move
What is there to integrate with my CRM?
Because the phone is not a separate product here. Recruitly issues the click-to-dial, records and transcribes the call, writes the AI summary onto the candidate, logs it as activity against your KPIs, and carries it through to the weighted forecast. There is no integration between a phone system and a CRM because there is no boundary — and so no tier at which the summary starts reaching your records.
What is the difference between AI summaries on Pro and on Advanced?
On Pro you get AI-enhanced call summaries. On Advanced you get AI-enhanced call summaries with CRM sync. The distinction is whether the summary reaches the candidate record automatically or stays in the phone system. In Recruitly there is no distinction to make: the call, the recording, the transcript and the summary are all on the record, on every plan, because the phone and the record are the same product.
Do I still need a phone system if I use Recruitly?
No. Calling, recording, transcription and AI summaries are part of Recruitly, and you keep your numbers. Where an agency already has a carrier it is happy with, we also integrate with common VoIP providers rather than force a change — the point is that you are not paying a second per-seat licence for the privilege of your calls appearing on the right record.
What am I getting besides a phone system?
Nineteen modules and over two hundred screens. Jobs, candidates, applications, contacts, companies, deals, placements, billings, interviews, campaigns, WhatsApp, DigiSign e-signature, Pulse leaderboards and TV screens, an AI hub, and a Chrome extension that captures every LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter search result, scores profiles against your live jobs, and tells you which of your colleagues already knows the person on screen. CloudCall is a dialler that phones into someone else's CRM. The call is one line in ours.
Where does a call end up afterwards?
On the person, and then everywhere that matters. The recording and transcript attach to the candidate or contact, the AI summary is written onto the record, the call is logged as activity so it counts toward KPIs and the Pulse leaderboards, and it carries through to the weighted revenue forecast at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. A dialler can tell you a call happened; it cannot move a pipeline.
Can I keep my numbers?
Yes. Number portability is a regulated process and your numbers belong to you, not to your provider. Start the port early — it is the slowest part of any telephony move, and it runs on the carriers' timetable rather than ours. Everything else in Recruitly can go live while it is in progress.
The call should already be on the record.
