The rung carrying the features Loxo markets on is the one without a number. Reveals are metered per candidate per contact info type — an email and a mobile for the same person are two charges.

Calls
Loxo
Runs on RingCentral or Twilio
Recruitly
Click-to-dial in the record, recording, transcription, AI call summaries
Loxo's help centre documents in-app calling for the RingCentral and Twilio integrations, and says that with Ringover you are redirected to their app to complete the call.
Texts
Loxo
Needs your own A2P approval through a VOIP partner
Recruitly
Two-way SMS in the platform, with campaign sending
A2P registration is a US carrier requirement for any sender — the difference is whose account it sits on.
Meetings
Loxo
A notetaker. It writes down what was said
Recruitly
An assistant. It arrives briefed on the account, then drafts the job, opens the tasks and moves the stage
These are not the same product, and the difference is the whole argument. A notetaker’s job ends at the transcript — which is why Loxo can list one as a line item under a tier with no published price. Ours joins knowing the client’s placements and what you promised them last time, files the notes on the company, the contact and the job, turns every commitment into a task somebody owns, and hands a briefing call back as a drafted vacancy. $1.50 an hour on every plan, first hour free.
Loxo
Through marketplace partners
Recruitly
Native two-way. Scan a QR code — no Business API approval
Loxo's Outreach page describes the channels it manages as email, SMS, phone and meetings; WhatsApp appears via partners such as Ringover and TalentLynk.
Sourcing where the people actually are
Not a database you rent. The desk you already work on.
- A native Chrome side panel that injects nothing into the page
- Captures and enriches every LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter search result
- Links a search to a job in your pipeline
- AI-matches the profile against your live jobs, then adds them to the job
- Your whole connections list, filtered by who is already in your CRM
- Relationship intelligence — which colleague knows them, who viewed them, how long they have been on your radar
Relationship intelligence — knowing which of your colleagues already knows the person on screen — is not a feature anywhere else in this market.
What’s in the plan here

- Pulse KPIs, league boards and TV screens
- 50+ workflow automation rules
Before you move
- Is Recruitly's database as good as Loxo Source?
- On raw reach these are comparable and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Ours is 800M+ people profiles with 300M contact details refreshed hourly, returning verified work and personal emails plus mobile numbers. Loxo describes Loxo Source as an 850M+ profile talent graph. The difference is that ours costs $0.15 a profile on a published plan, and theirs is an inclusion of a tier priced "Let's chat".
- What does Loxo actually cost?
- Publicly: Free is $0 for one user, Basic is $169 per user per month on annual billing, and the page's monthly toggle shows $209. Professional and Enterprise — the tiers carrying Loxo Source, the AI agents, Outreach and the Hiring Manager Portal — both show "Let's chat" (loxo.co/pricing, checked 9 August 2026).
- What does Loxo do well?
- More than a competitor page usually admits. A genuine ATS with a drag-and-drop pipeline and stage-triggered automations, branded résumé generation including blind versions, invoicing in its Sales CRM, a Contracts and Placements report, a documented GDPR flow, a careers page, a Hiring Manager Portal, reporting with goals and an Open API. If your agency is sourcing-led and your calls and texts already live in RingCentral or Twilio, it is a reasonable product.
- Do you have a contract or lock-in?
- No contract, no minimum term, no lock-in. Your data export is free, including on the way out, and if you stop paying you drop to the Free plan rather than losing access to your records.
- How does migrating work?
- Two stages with a dedicated specialist. Stage one starts about a month before you switch: your export is analysed, mapping scripts written, then master data and a hundred records per module go in for your team to validate — only after your sign-off does the full load run, which you sign off too. Both systems run in parallel. Stage two is the delta: final export Friday, imported over the weekend, live Monday.
Run the same search in both.
Same role, same shortlist — then count what each one charged you to reach the same ten people.
