Built for agencies, not for both

An applicant tracker that serves in-house teams as well as agencies has to stop exactly where an agency’s work begins.

Winning the client. Speccing candidates out on the off-chance. Splitting a fee. Staging a retainer. Raising the invoice and knowing which placement it belongs to. Forecasting next quarter from a pipeline you can actually weight.

Recruitly has a BD Hub, spec sends, MPC campaigns, job-change alerts, placements, retained fees, fee stages and accounting integration because those are the business, not an edge case.

Questions before you move

What does Recruitly do that an ATS does not?

It runs the rest of the day. Sourcing from LinkedIn with your team's relationship history attached, AI screening and semantic matching, click-to-dial with recording and AI call summaries, WhatsApp and SMS, email and drip campaigns, branded and blind CV generation, e-signature, interviews, placements, retained fees, Xero and QuickBooks invoicing, and weighted revenue forecasting. Nineteen modules and over two hundred screens, on one database.

How does the LinkedIn sourcing work?

Our Chrome extension runs in a native side panel and injects nothing into the page. It captures and enriches every result from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter automatically, links a search to a job in your pipeline, scores a profile against your live jobs with AI, runs a full AI application review, and adds the person to the job — without a tab change. It also carries your whole connections list, filterable by who is already in your CRM.

What is relationship intelligence?

When you open a profile, Recruitly shows which of your colleagues is connected to that person, who on your team last viewed them and when, and how long they have been on your radar. Agencies lose placements because someone three desks away already had the relationship and nobody knew. No other agency CRM surfaces it.

Is this only for agencies?

It is built for recruitment agencies specifically, and that is the point. Temp, contract and permanent live in the same system, with placements, fee stages, retained fees and accounting integration included rather than treated as someone else's problem. A generalist applicant tracker that serves both agencies and in-house teams has to stop before the parts that are only an agency's problem.

What can I actually measure?

Because the advert, the applicant, the calls, the interview and the placement are rows in the same database, reporting follows a role end to end: triage, stage-to-stage conversion, speed, consultant performance and a weighted revenue forecast at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. Split that workflow across separate products and those reports cannot be assembled at any price.

How does moving across work?

A migration specialist runs it in two stages: a sample export on day 1, the plan and quote signed off on day 5, 100 records per module validated by you on day 12, then the full load and a second sign-off on day 14. Both systems run in parallel while your team works normally, with a final export on the Friday, the delta over the weekend and go-live on the Monday. Start the export from your current system before you give notice rather than after.

Software that knows you run an agency.
