How It Works

  2. 02Choose CampaignsTick the campaigns to sync and decide whether new prospects become leads or contacts, and who owns them
  3. 03Set the RulesDecide whether opens count toward Warm, who is notified on a reply, and how opt-outs carry over
  4. 04Engagement Flows InEvents arrive live through Smartlead's webhook, with an hourly catch-up for anything missed
