From the profile to the placement without leaving
Sourcing is where a placement starts, not where it finishes. Recruitly runs the whole thing on one surface.
Where a sourcing tool stops
Sourced and sequenced
Recruiterflow does this part
The candidate becomes real work somewhere else — and every handover is a place the thread gets dropped.
The shortlist never leaves the system
Nineteen modules, one login, one database.
What actually slows a desk down
A sourcing tool hands the candidate over and stops. Everything after that is another product, another login, and another copy of the same person.
Screening in one place, calling in another, signing somewhere else and billing in a fourth. Each handover is a moment where a candidate goes cold, a note never gets written and the client waits another day for a shortlist that was ready on Tuesday.
Recruitly is one database with nineteen modules over it. The candidate you found this morning is the same record you invoice against in six weeks, and nothing was re-keyed in between.
The whole desk, in one place
Sourcing where the work already is
The extension runs in a native Chrome side panel and injects nothing into the page. It captures and enriches every result from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, and links a search to a job in your pipeline.

Match a profile against your live jobs and run a full AI application review without leaving LinkedIn, then add them to the job from the same panel.
Read moreWho on your desk already knows them
Which colleague is connected, who last viewed them, and how long they have been on your radar. No other agency CRM tracks the relationship.
Read moreAll the way to the invoice
Interviews, placements, retained fees and Xero or QuickBooks invoicing are modules in the same system, not the next tool you buy.
Read moreReporting that follows the role end to end
The advert, the applicant, the calls, the interview and the placement are all rows in the same database. That is the only reason these reports can exist — split the workflow across four vendors and no amount of money buys them back.
Triage
Where applications stall before anyone speaks to them
Conversion
Stage-to-stage conversion across the pipeline
Speed
Time in stage, and where the days actually go
People
Consultant performance against the same pipeline

Questions before you move
What actually makes a desk faster?
Not typing speed. It is the number of times a day a consultant stops, opens something else, finds the same person again and re-enters what they already knew. Sourcing in one tool, screening in another, calling in a third and billing in a fourth is four chances to lose the thread on every candidate. Recruitly is one surface from the LinkedIn profile to the invoice, which is why the same shortlist gets to the client sooner.
How much of the work happens inside LinkedIn?
More than you would expect. Our extension runs in a native Chrome side panel and injects nothing into the page. It captures and enriches every result from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, links a search to a job in your pipeline, scores a profile against your live jobs with AI, runs a full AI application review, and adds the person to the job — without a tab change. It also carries your whole connections list filtered by who is already in your CRM.
What is relationship intelligence?
When you land on a profile, Recruitly tells you which of your colleagues is connected to that person, who on your team last viewed them and when, and how long they have been on your radar. Agencies lose placements to the fact that someone three desks away already had the relationship and nobody knew. Nothing else in this category tracks it.
Do I still need a phone system, an e-signature tool and a campaign tool?
No. Click-to-dial with recording, transcription and AI call summaries, WhatsApp and SMS, DigiSign e-signature, email and drip campaigns, and branded or blind CV generation are all modules in the same subscription. Nineteen modules in total, over two hundred screens. Each one you do not have to open is a context switch you do not have to make.
What can I see that I cannot see today?
Because the advert, the applicant, the calls, the interview and the placement are all in one system, the analytics can follow a role end to end: triage, stage-to-stage conversion, speed, consultant performance and a weighted revenue forecast at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. When those live in separate products, that reporting cannot exist at any price.
How does switching work?
A migration specialist runs it in two stages: a sample export on day 1, the plan and quote signed off on day 5, 100 records per module validated by you on day 12, then the full load and a second sign-off on day 14. Both systems run in parallel while your team works normally, with a final export on the Friday, the delta over the weekend and go-live on the Monday.
The shortlist was ready on Tuesday. Send it on Tuesday.
