Most agencies choose a CRM from a polished demo and only find the gaps once they have signed: the phone system that turns out to be a partner product, the WhatsApp that needs another account, the AI that costs extra.

So we put ten of them side by side and checked each one against the same list. Recruitly came out on top in every area. Here is what the other nine will not tell you in the demo.

Recruitly: the best recruitment CRM in 2026

Recruitly came top in every one of the 18 areas we checked, with perfect scores for AI, sourcing, calling and meetings. Calls, meeting notes, WhatsApp, LinkedIn messages and job boards all live inside it, so your consultants work from one screen instead of five. Plans start at $25 a user, with a free plan and no contract. See how Recruitly scored.

Access Recruitment CRM

Access Recruitment CRM has no calling of its own, so your team dials through a partner, and job posting runs through a separate third-party tool. You will not even see a price until you have sat through a demo. Its phone system scored 18 out of 100.

Bullhorn

On Bullhorn, AI matching only comes with the Pro plan. Calling and WhatsApp are bought from marketplace partners, and syncing LinkedIn messages needs a LinkedIn Recruiter seat on top. Its AI scored 38 out of 100.

Crelate

Crelate gets candidate matching, calling and meeting recording from other companies, and its smarter search only arrives on the Business Plus plan. It scored 20 out of 100 for meetings and 33 for AI.

JobAdder

JobAdder had the weakest phone system of all ten, scoring 15 out of 100, because calling only comes through partners. WhatsApp needs your own Twilio account, meeting recording comes from another app, and LinkedIn sync needs a Recruiter licence.

Loxo

Loxo has no WhatsApp of its own. It comes from a marketplace app and does not sync natively, LinkedIn messaging needs another partner app, and calls run through Twilio or RingCentral. All of that from $149 a user, with a phone score of 48 out of 100.

Mercury

Mercury has no WhatsApp at all, and its AI is an extra subscription on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Calling and job posting come from other suppliers, and the mobile app is Microsoft's rather than Mercury's own. It had the lowest AI score of the ten, 27 out of 100.

Recruit CRM

On Recruit CRM, WhatsApp messages are never saved to the candidate record, so the next consultant has no idea what was said. There is no meeting notetaker yet, and posting to job boards costs extra unless you are on Enterprise. It scored 20 out of 100 for meetings.

Recruiterflow

Recruiterflow has no WhatsApp and no proper mobile app, only a web app you install from the browser. LinkedIn messaging is an extra paid licence for every user, and calling comes from partners. Its phone system scored 53 out of 100.

Vincere

Vincere locks you in for 36 months by default and sells its AI in extra packs. There is no built-in calling, and its Chrome extension is a third-party tool where LinkedIn details are copied in by hand. Its phone system scored 18 out of 100.

The short answer

None of the other nine has a phone system fully built in, and most send you to someone else for WhatsApp, meetings or AI. Recruitly is the only one that does all of it, from $25 a user. Compare it with the CRM you use now, or start free.
