Alternative forVincere
All of Vincere.
None of the handcuffs.
Everything in one plan, no modules to add, and no contract to sign. From $25 a user.
The platform
You bought the platform, then kept buying pieces of it.
Included in your plan
No modules to add. No connectors to license. Nothing that arrives as a quote.
The handcuffs, specifically
A headline like that is worth nothing unless it says which ones.
No contract
There is nothing to sign for a term. You are not committing to a year to get a sensible price.
No lock-in
Leave whenever it stops working for you. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a clause.
Free data extract — including on the way out
Your candidates, clients, jobs and history are yours. Taking them with you costs nothing and is not a support ticket you have to fight for.
A free plan to fall back to
Stop paying and you land on the Free plan rather than a locked door. Your data stays reachable either way.
The second conversation
You choose a platform on the demo. You find out what it costs on the call after it.
The job board connector
Posting looked included in the demo. Then it turns out distribution needs a connector, and the connector has its own line and its own renewal.
The marketing you still have to buy
Campaigns and nurture sequences get handed to a third-party tool, so your candidate data goes somewhere else to be emailed and comes back as a report.
The comms stack
SMS, WhatsApp and calling arrive as separate providers to contract, integrate and reconcile — each with its own number pool and its own bill.
The CV formatting nobody mentioned
Branded and anonymised CVs are the thing a client actually sees, and they are routinely left to a separate tool or to Word.
Every one of those is in the plan here. The full Recruitly vs Vincere comparison
When not to switch
“We only moved to Vincere last year.”
Then probably not this year, and we would rather say so than sell you a second migration. Moving twice inside twelve months costs more in disruption and lost consultant time than the licence difference will save you.
Take a free account anyway. Put one live role through it end to end — advert out, applicants in, CV to the client — and have the conversation properly at your renewal. There is no contract at this end, so there is nothing to rush.
Questions people ask before they move
Is there really no contract?
No contract and no minimum term. You pay monthly for what you use, you can stop whenever you want, and if you stop you drop to the Free plan rather than losing access to your data. We would rather keep earning it.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You take it with you, and it costs nothing. Candidates, clients, contacts, jobs, placements and history export in full — on the way in, during, and on the way out. Charging for your own data on exit, or making it slow enough that you give up, is the single most common handcuff in this market and we do not do it.
We only moved to Vincere recently. Should we switch again?
Probably not this year, and we would rather say so. A second migration inside twelve months costs more in disruption and lost consultant time than the licence difference will save you. Take a free account, put one live role through it end to end, and have the conversation properly at your renewal. The offer will still be here.
How does migrating from Vincere work?
A dedicated migration specialist runs it in two stages. Stage one starts around a month before you switch: your export is analysed, mapping scripts are written, then master data and a hundred records per module go in for your team to validate — only after your sign-off does the full load run, which you sign off as well. Both systems run in parallel while you satisfy yourself. Stage two is the delta: your final export on the Friday, imported over the weekend, live on Monday.
Can Recruitly handle our volume?
Yes. Recruitly runs on scalable cloud infrastructure with a zero-trust security policy, and agencies have migrated from Vincere without capacity problems. Unlimited candidate management is on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
How much does it cost?
From $25 per user per month with everything above included — no modules, no connectors, no per-feature licences. Data migration is quoted separately against your actual export, because it is real specialist work and pretending otherwise would be the first dishonest thing we said. Agencies founded within the last three years get 75% off the subscription for three years through the startup programme.
Put one role through both
Same role, same day, and judge it on the work rather than the demo. Nothing to sign either way.
