An integration is a seam. This has none.
Sourcing, screening, calling, texting, signing and invoicing are modules here — not partners you connect and then keep in sync.
An ATS, ringed by partners
The ATS
A marketplace is a map of what the product does not do itself. Every connector is a seam between two vendors.
Nothing to keep in sync
One login, one database, one place the history lives.
A marketplace is a map of what the product does not do
Every connector is a boundary between two vendors, and boundaries are where the candidate, the note and the afternoon go missing.
Everything lands on the person
The call, the text, the WhatsApp message, the signed document and the interview all attach to one record, because they all happened inside one system.

No mapping to configure, no field that silently stops updating, no support ticket that starts with working out which of two vendors dropped it.

The extension tells you which colleague is already connected to a person, who last viewed them and how long they have been on your radar.
Read moreReporting that spans the whole role
Triage, conversion, speed, consultant performance and a weighted forecast — reports that cannot be assembled once the workflow is split across vendors.

Our extension sits inside LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter in a native side panel that injects nothing into the page. It captures every search result, matches profiles against your live jobs, runs a full AI application review, and adds people to the pipeline — and it tells you which of your colleagues already knows them.

Questions before you move
What is wrong with integrations?
Nothing, until they are how the product works. An integration is a seam between two vendors, and a seam is where a candidate arrives in one system but not the other, where a mapping quietly stops updating a field, and where a support conversation starts by working out whose fault it is. When sourcing, calling, texting, signing and invoicing are all modules of one system, there is no seam to debug, and the whole history sits on one record.
How much of the work happens inside LinkedIn?
Our extension runs in a native Chrome side panel and injects nothing into the page. It captures and enriches every result from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, links a search to a job in your pipeline, AI-matches a profile against your live jobs, runs a full AI application review, and adds the person to the job — without a tab change. It also carries your whole connections list, filterable by who is already in your CRM.
What is relationship intelligence?
When you land on a profile, Recruitly shows which of your colleagues is connected to that person, who on your team last viewed them and when, and how long they have been on your radar. Agencies lose placements because somebody three desks away already had the relationship and nobody knew. No other agency CRM tracks it.
Will my job boards still work?
Yes. We post natively to 50+ boards including Indeed, Reed, CV-Library, Totaljobs, JobServe, Adzuna, Monster and ZipRecruiter, using your own credentials and contracts, with per-board field mapping and scheduling. Applications land straight on the job as deduplicated candidate records with the source recorded, and AI writes the advert per board. If a board you depend on is not connected yet, tell us during the trial — adding one is routine work for us.
Is the AI available to everyone on the team?
Yes. Semantic matching, application review, scorecards, advert composition, CV formatting, AI writing assist and call summaries are part of the product rather than a tier you graduate into. Simi, our conversational copilot, is rolling out to customers now and widening this week.
How does moving work, and what about my data?
A migration specialist runs it in two stages: a sample export on day 1, the plan and quote signed off on day 5, 100 records per module validated by you on day 12, then the full load and a second sign-off on day 14, followed by a parallel run with both systems live before go-live. One practical note: JobAdder's FAQ states data is irretrievably deleted 90 days after an account is terminated and that backups must be requested and are themselves deleted two weeks after generation — so request your export while the account is still live, not after.
