What Claude can do in Recruitly
80 tools across the whole CRM. It reads, and once a super user allows it, it creates and updates too.
Find anything
Search candidates, jobs, contacts, companies, leads, deals and placements in one ask. Run your saved searches, open full profiles and pull up a CV.
Add and update records
Create candidates from what you heard on a call or straight from a CV, plus companies, contacts, leads, deals and jobs. Updates change only the fields you name.
Work your jobs
Open a job, change its status, add candidates to the pipeline and move them stage by stage. See where every job stands.
Win clients
Read a client's whole history before the call: jobs, placements, contacts and recent activity. Convert a lead into a contact, a candidate or a deal.
Keep the desk moving
Log notes on any record, set and close tasks, check interviews, attach and fetch files, and read or record GDPR consent.
Know your numbers
Billing for any period, KPIs per consultant, placements with fees, pipeline stats and the activity feed for a record, a consultant or the agency.
Run your marketing
Design campaign emails in your agency's brand and save them as templates, write drip campaigns as drafts, and read how every campaign performed.
Set up your account
Super users can set the agency profile, build job pipelines, add dropdown options, tags, teams and offices. Anyone can save their email signature.
Your agency stays in control
A super user decides what assistants may do and who may use them, in User Management under AI Assistant Access.
Claude asks when you want it to
In Claude you set each Recruitly tool to Always allow, Needs approval or Blocked.
Reads until you say so
An assistant can only read Recruitly until a super user switches on Allow AI assistants to make changes in AI Assistant Access.
It works as the user
Each person signs in with their own Recruitly account, with two-factor when their account uses it. Every change is made as that user, with their normal permissions.
You choose who connects
Turn on Only allow selected users to use AI assistants and pick who may. Super users are always allowed. Anyone else is blocked straight away, even if they already connected.
No duplicates
Ask it to add someone you already have, by email, LinkedIn profile or name and employer, and it finds them instead of making a second record.
Nothing is sent for you
Campaign emails are saved as templates and drip campaigns as drafts. You send them from Recruitly.
You see who uses it
AI Assistant Access lists who has connected an assistant and when they last used it.

Use ChatGPT as well? The same server works there too.
