How does the Recruitly cost calculator work?
Pick your plan and team size, then say how much you expect to use each per-use service in a month. The calculator multiplies by Recruitly's live prices, takes off the free monthly allowances each user gets, and shows the total, the yearly figure and any one-off setup fees.
Where do the prices come from?
From the same places Recruitly bills from: the billing price list, the phone number licence prices, the carrier rate cards for calls and texts, and Meta's WhatsApp Business rates with the platform fee and our margin included. They refresh every hour.
What is free each month?
Each user gets 500 AI writing rewrites, 100 live LinkedIn profiles, 1,000 LinkedIn page lookups, 100 call and meeting briefs and 100 profile lookups by email free every month. The calculator takes them off before it prices a line. Some allowances, such as the first hour of meeting notes, are given once per user.
Do I pay for phone seats?
No. You licence phone numbers, not people. Everyone on the desk calls from them, and you pay per minute for the calls actually made.
